Committed to Youth Employment

The Spanish Chamber of Commerce accredits us as a company committed to youth employment, thus becoming a collaborating company in the PICE programme (Integral Qualification and Employment Programme).

This programme is aimed at unemployed young people with or without studies and with or without work experience and companies that want to hire qualified young people. It is aimed at the insertion of young people into the world of work and offers different plans once they enter the programme.

  • Professional recruitment courses in Spain, which consist of a complete training itinerary that takes place in person at the Chambers.
  • Dual Vocational Training Plan , which promotes the training of young people through certificates of professionalism. It is carried out between the training centre and the company, with a number of hours or days spent in the company and in the centre.
  • Mobility Plan , training placements in companies in the European Union, to improve language skills, as well as to expand professional opportunities abroad.

In order to participate in the PICE it is necessary to meet the requirements defined by the National Youth Guarantee System..

As a young company, we at amperand want to give opportunities to young people who are taking their first steps in the world of work.
